In the areas we serve, the schools are seriously underfunded and are not in a position to provide text books to their students. The families of the majority of children attending these schools are subsistence farmers who simply cannot afford to purchase textbooks and other school materials for their children. As a result, we ensure that the full range of curriculum textbooks are available to all students in our reference library in the Ntrigom Learning Centre, which also provides a much needed quiet study area.
